Alfaro Hofmann at IED Friends & Family

In next IED Friends & Family on 4/05 we can meet ALFARO HOFMANN, collector and everyday object design researcher. In “Electrical appliance Design Evolution” we can share his knowledge career, how product design and daily live are inseparables and discover the design electrical appliance evolution.

With Alfaro Hofmann the home embraces all facets; from its aesthetic evolution or aspects related to ethnology, to the latest introductions in design. Alfaro Hofmann is curator, ADI-FAD member since 1990 and Comunidad Valenciana Interior Design Designers (CDICV) member. He began his everyday object design research at the beginning of the 1980s with two parallel paths: his Studio and his Collection. The Studio execute since 1982 architecture and interior design projects, the Collection is a private entity devoted to the exhibition and dissemination of its holdings of everyday objects from the 20th century, specially electrical appliances.
