IED Barcelona will held next Thursday the 23rd,on the Book Day, the presentation of “Feedback, Direct and Interactive Marketing” writted by Roger Ortuño and edited by Index Book
Roger Ortuño, publicist and teacher of creative advertising, will reveal the key factors of his book entitled “Feedback. Comunicación de ida y vuelta. Direct and Interactive Marketing”about the communication of go and return, that it is the one, according to the author, is the one that works better and where the major agencies and studies are turning.
Feedback is a selection of the best communication creative actions directly sent to a specific target or to the general public, with the objective of obtaining a response or feedback, or just a wink of complicity from the receiver to whom the messages have been directed.
Feedback collects several examples of direct response of marketing, integrating into a book projects from different disciplines: relationship marketing, direct marketing, guerrilla, interactive marketing...
