Ferrari World Design Contest finalists

Alejandro Esteban Bustos, Guido Jorge Dodero, Marcel Moritz, Manuel Varilla, Gerard Lorente, Marta Beltran, Alfredo Marin and Ruben Oya, IED Barcelona students from the Transportation Design course, supervised by Alessandro Manetti, the school director, David Ahamad and Serge Porcher have been selected as the finalists of the Ferrari World Design Contest in which the best 50 international schools of design have participated. The winners are:

1st prize: Eternità, Hong-ik College (Korea)
2nd prize: Xezri, IED Torino (Italy)
3rd prize: Cavallo Bianco, Royal College of Arts (UK)

Finalists groups: IAAD Torino (Italy), DSK Supinfocom Pune (India) and College For Creative Studies in Detroit (USA).

The contest’s goal is to develop the Ferrari of the 2025, a pure hypercar, using technologies and materials of the latest generation. A supercar, extreme regarding its architecture and its functional aspects.
