Reception: We are looking for a graduate between 24 and 30 years of age with communication skills, who is decisive, organized, active and willing to learn. The main functions will be to manage incoming calls, attend and offer the first point of information to the client, control the messenger service, and most importantly to provide support to the Information and Guidance Service.
Mediateca: (ref: MED):We are currently looking for a library assistant with a degree in Humanities, Philology or preferably Biblioteconomy and Documentation, with experience in catalogation and library resource management. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of library software and excellent MS Office operation skills. He/she must be dynamic and pro-active and have problem solving and teamwork skills. High level of English required. Main functions will be catalogation of material and general user assistance. Previous experience in similar position and knowledge of the editorial sector a plus.

The main functions will be to manage incoming calls, attend and offer the information to the client, and provide support to the Information and Guidance Service for Master Area.
